A process I know very well is how to dance. I have been dancing since I was 3 years old and have done every style you can think of. More specifically I am going to explain how to do a backhand spring. The most important thing to do when it comes to doing anything dance related is to stretch. Dancers do the complete opposite of what the human body is supposed to do and if you don't stretch you more than likely will hurt yourself. . Flexibility is the number one thing you need to have if you want to become successful in the dance world.
